Initial Assessment Fee

Our Initial Assessment fee is $200 with our registered dietitian or psychotherapist. A valid credit card number or e-transfer is required at the time of booking your appointment. If payment is not received 24 hours prior to your appointment, your spot cannot be garunteed.

Program Fees & Pricing

Programs vary in length from 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Costs will vary based on the type of program option selected. We recommend you book a free phone consultation to determine which program is a fit for you, based on your individual wellness and/or weight loss needs. During the call, you will be provided with details about each program and associated costs. You can also find more information about pricing by clicking the 'BOOK NOW' tab.

 

Before joining a program, an Initial Assessment with one of our clinicians is required to assess medical/lifestyle history and determine the complexity of needs and goals required to complete the program. 

Are Services Covered by Insurance?

Yes. A number of health insurance plans and extended healthcare benefits offer annual coverage for registered dietitians, registered social workers, and registered psychotherapists. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you have coverage as part of your benefits before confirming your appointment.

In addition to insurance coverage, a number of companies, organizations and institutions offer health spending accounts to their employees. Please check with your workplace to see if you have a health spending account.

Health spending accounts offer reimbursements for a variety of health-related expenses, including registered dietitians, registered social workers and registered psychotherapists.

How Does Invoicing Work When You Purchase a Package?

It’s quite simple. Payment is made in full at the time of program approval and purchase. After the completion of each session, a receipt is provided which can then be submitted to the insurance provider for reimbursement.
