What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Your commitment to treatment is an essential element in its success and in monitoring progress. When you agree to commence treatment the same time slot will be reserved for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide 48 hour notice. Failure to show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice of the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of the session.
How Do I Book a Virtual Appointment?
When you fill out the form below, you will be able to input your information and the reason(s) for your request. Once we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a second email inviting you for a free virtual discovery call. Please make sure you confirm this invitation with our office for your scheduled appointment.
What Happens After I Submit My Request for a Virtual Appointment?
You will be contacted by our office via email to set up secure virtual appointment. If you don't hear back from us in two business days, please check your junk mailbox as emails may have ended up in there. Once you have received the email, please click on the link to receive and submit information securely.

How Soon Will I See Results?
Yes. Virtual care has now become an important part of our new reality. Since the start of the pandemic, we have been able to see individuals, couples and families from across the province via virtual consultations, counselling and psychotherapy and provide equally efficient, accurate and compassionate care at a time and place that is most convenient for them.
This depends on the complexity of the issues, needs, goals and how you follow your agreed upon treatment plan. In addition, results may also vary based upon client's particular illness, chronic condition and treatment type. Keep in mind that each person is unique and have differing lifestyles, dietary and mental health needs and conditions that must be considered. As a result, the speed and success rates differ from person to person. Results cannot be guaranteed, but rest assured that anyone who follows our clinicians therapeutic approaches and treatment plan will notice positive changes soon after.
