Preeyaah is the Founder, CEO, and Registered Dietitian at the Prenourish Wellness & Weight Loss Clinic.

 

She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Toronto, earning Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Health Science degrees with a specialization in Nutrition from Toronto Metropolitan University. She completed extensive clinical training in different health settings across the Greater Toronto Area, such as at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Mackenzie Health Hospital, and York Region Public Health. She is a member of the College of Dietitian's of Ontario and the Dietitian's of Canada Professional Association.

Preeyaah uses her unique skill set and knowledge in health science and nutrition to be a health advocate and a credible source of information to the public on a variety of nutrition issues, including:

Jennifer Clarke, Clinical Director

Jennifer is the Clinical Director and Lead Psychotherapist at the Prenourish Wellness & Weight Loss Clinic.

 

She is a doctoral-trained educator, researcher, registered social worker, and mental health clinician with over 20 years of experience providing services to individuals, couples, and families. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Toronto, earning an Honours Bachelor of Social Work at Toronto Metropolitan University and Master of Social Work from York University, where she graduated at the top of her class and earned the award for highest academic standing. Her extensive training and research have  positioned her as an expert in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in counselling and psychotherapy services, which she approaches through an intersectional, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and decolonization lens. She is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, the Canadian Association of Social workers, and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

Jennifer uses an eclectic approach that is tailored to the unique needs of each client to help them effectively address personal life challenges and transitions, including:
